1) What types of photos can be scanned?
We cannot scan the following items with our equipment, but we may provide a lower quality phone camera scan for a fee:
Photos larger than 11.7 × 8.5 inches
Thick photos such as POLARIOD or cardstock
Textured, glued, or raised surfaces
Photos must be provided without frames or albums.
2) What does it cost?
$1 per photo with a minimum of 50 photos. Specialty scans are $2 per photo.
4) How do I pay?
Payment is accepted by cash, check, or Zelle. Your invoice will be calculated after scanning is completed and payment is due at the time photos are returned.
5) How long does it take?
Most orders are completed within 7 days.
6) What exactly do I receive?
Your original photos will be returned to you along with access to a digital cloud storage location (Google, or your choice). You must download or move these files onto your personal storage.
Our scans contain no digital alteration or enhancement. That specialty work may be applied to the digital photos by yourself or a professional after you receive them.
